My first acted short movie.

Weeks ago, Kilmasis asked me to join his another short movie making. Initially, i thought it's just another co-director job but the next moment, he told me that i will be one of the main characters in his movie! I was very surprised as i never expected he would ask me to act ==|| I was stunned for a short moment and i heard him saying something abt doing the shooting soon...the movie was abt Karma(not sure whether is this the spelling) well, not as bored as those you can find in those Buddhism books...it's abt the love story of a couple who ended up suiciding and promised each other to live together at thier next life...and of course, things wont turn out that good. This couple went thro quite lot of events which delayed their promised till the ?rd time of their reobrn and no, i wont take the trouble to tell the whole story XD you'll have to guess the story yourselves...muahahahaha! (evil i am :P)

We started the shooting last Sunday. The scenery taken includes Bukit Jalil Park, Kil's house(as usual), my house, Kil's uncle's office, some where near Shell Petrol station in Seri Petaling and the furthest one...a very quiet straight road near LKW College. Personally, i did had a lot of fun participating in this shooting and yes, i do enjoy it. We did a few "stunts" with mine and Kil's car, few "Ghost-appears!!!" scene well, some kissing scene and lot more...cant actually remember all of them ah yes...there's also a mom-scolding-daughter scene which my aunt was playing a role of the very fierce and scary mother and we did have a lot of attention from my neighbours and my already asleep grandma coz they need to shout real loud XD. Most of the scene...well, actually it's all but one scene was taken during night time around 9pm till 2am which spells my trouble...my dad...who's extremely stubborn abt his goind-out-night-time-is-dangerous theory ==|| if he didnt do so, we would've finnish the shooting a little bit faster. we finnshed our shooting 12am++ yesterday . i paid quite a heavy price for that...i cant use my car for a very long period as my dad was really pissed off BUT i do wonder when am i gonna join another of these shooting...it's so much fun XD XD XD I'm lovin' it!!

Birthday Celebration XD (4th Nov 06)

man…I love year ends especially this one…long holidays, lotsa out goings, family vacations and the most I’ve enjoyed: gathering with old friends XD .During Penguin and my birthday, everyone was either busy or out station. So, Panda and Polar planned to a belated celebration today. We went for Karaoke, Movie, and Dinner…and I am sure all of us do take the full advantage enjoying the day. Surprising part was my birthday present which I didn’t even think of receiving one :P They knew I love buying books so they secretly buy a Borders’ Cash Card (Very nice Design of course XD) and gave it to me “officially” at our dinner time which surprises me! At the next moment, it’s my turn to surprise Penguin with her birthday present which I took months to figure out but finally asks for Panda and Polar’s help. And that’s the element of things being so worthy here, we keep trying to surprise each other and in the process, we’re enjoying it and we learn more of each of us J what can i say...it's a miracle that i meet them :D

跟老爸做工的日子

第一学期大考后，

懒了一阵子，

休息也休息够了，

出街也出闷了，

就连电脑也懒得开，

电视也懒得看了，

所以就干脆跟爸去做工。

第一个星期，

他带我和他的工人去陈秀莲一个刚建好的商业区做工。

我看着爸和他的工人细心的测量这特定位置的距离，

然后就在测量好的地点打钉再铺上洋灰。

我就负责在打了钉的地方做记号然后喷上红漆。

那时我心里想：哦！这就是土地测量吗？这还不容易吗？

后来爸的工人因为被人寻仇而逃掉了，

所以我就负责握测量镜和做记号的份。

由于我不能蹲太久，

所以每当我握小测量镜我就坐在地上。

起初非常的不习惯，

因为我老是给蚊虫叮到满身痒，

要不然就险些坐在狗粪上！

过了两个星期后，

这一切都习惯了。

习惯了在我身边飞过的蚊虫，

习惯了蹲久一些，

习惯了工地里外劳们好奇的眼光，

也习惯了早上超热的太阳。=_=||

跟着爸工作有时很辛苦，

不过却让我了解爸的工作，

也了解我爸是多么的辛苦。

而且当我们去工地时，

他会一一的向我说每条路的去向。

当爸有心情时，

他会带我去一些好吃的食档吃午餐。

老实说，我现在是满享受的XD

A Little Meet Up XD

Famili Gathering

3 months ago, there was a touching gathering b4 Panda left for study at Penang and we’ve celebrated her birthday. It’s like this gathering 3 months ago was decades ago as we’re all so very busy with our studies…as ppl said, time flies by when we’re extremely busy =.=|| Well…the gathering, as usual, plan was scratched few times to fit everybody’s time n me…the one who doesn’t know my way around :P

I was so happy to see these faces again and to the fact, I was excited I can hardly see any x-mates n frens’ faces as everybody are soooo very the busy. This gathering was actually held for purposes…first is of course, for the means of meeting up n the second, unknown to Polar, is to celebrate his birthday…the belated one :D

The thing was, at the last minute, only then we’ve remember that the present Panda bot fr Penang needs batteries to operate!!! N there we go round n round for 7-11s but we found none…then, the saviour…we found a pharmacy selling batteries XD we’ve arrived way earlier that Polar but bcoz of the battery-hunting session, we ended up meeting him later =.=||

We dined in a restaurant called GasOnline which is new according to…er…Penguin? Or Panda? I forgot…main point, it’s new…after ordering food, we’ve tried out my new camera with some what my favorite…photo session :P n then chatting while waiting for food. Although it’s only 3 months since we’ve gather up, I see some change in the gang…well, except Penguin…still the good old ‘she’…Polar, as to me, he’s gone more mature than he’s used to b, as for Panda, u can expect some modified sentence from some kinda prose once a while when talkin to her…kinda fun :D but this gathering, to me was nothing different from the days when we still form six…when we sit around for lunch few times a week when we go for tuition XD n I suddenly feel like getting back to those good old sec days where we’ve got less thing troubling us compared to these days :/

After dinner, Penguin jus “blink” Polar’s present out of thin air n gave it to him…he took few rounds of guessing b4 he opens the present…it wasn’t the best till when he realized what the present was…a fan for his hiking comin on later..well, of course it’s not ordinary fan…it’s a some kinda cartoon frog-fugures portable fan which the cartoon frog is his favorite. From his expression, I can see that he’s very touched :P the girls took some time to tell him what the fan can do…n then we joke around what can b done with it…as old days, we chat a long time after dinner b4 we leave…

I truly enjoy this gathering…well, wish everybody in the famili all d best :P n I’m looking forward for the next gathering :D

Finally~~~the final tests are over…I can finally enjoy my time with my new computer…although I wasn’t able to set up the internet connection but I’m still ale to play loads of games XD I spend almost the whole day playing on some old games which the older computer cant work on…it was so much fun XD

The past 2 and ½ week was very disasterous… the test, the revision, the worries…it was really stressing…I’m really glad that the test was over

Although I was goin on with my test, I still went out last wed n fri to help Kilmasis take some pictures for his music video story board which the music is based on some very nice Japanese music which I cant remember :P we’ve took pictures of me in a Chinese cemetery another few pictures of mine with the piano(how was it since I last touched a piano…I forgot)and Elizabeth looking at me on the stage at UCSI…n he was planning for more at Sunway hospital =_=|| but that was kinda funny experience :D

Yay!! I’ve finally got my new computer…but drawback, I cant pluck my old hard disk into my new com as according one very idiotic shopkeeper, the IDE hard disk will greatly tear down the com’s performance n speed and my even cause blue screen!!! So I hav to pay extra 60 bucks for an external case for my old IDE hard disk…wanna know y I called that shopkeeper “idiotic”? here’s the story…at first, I told the other fella to insert the IDE hard disk into my new com…that idiot jus sit n watch while his ppl tryin over n over to start my new com after inserting the hard disk…after a few more tries only then that maniatic idiot come n told us the performance drag shit!!! That really pisses me of…

When I was on my way home, Kilmasis called me to giv him a hand on his Story board stuff…when the moment I reach home, dumping all the com stuuf into my room, he’s at my gates! So there we go for photo session, leaving my com at home, unassembled as I planned coz my test is still goin on

My First Presentation XD XD

Today is the big day for our group…it’s our first ever presentation!!! After weeks of arguments, discussions, surveys, researches and much more unseen effort done by each group member of mine and of course, Kilmasis lend me a hand on the video clip in our presentation which I truthfully thank him here…I wonder how hard he has been working…the clip he made was beyond impressive XD…and here we are, our presentation day.

At first I was pretty worried ‘coz the presentation slides was totally a last minute work in…er…2 days time? I cant remember =.=|| anyway…main point, we have our contents and our research results ready BUT our report wasn’t ready, we don’t even have any slide ideas not even mention the script =_=|| and again, thanks to Kilmasis…he spend the whole nite giving me Q&As for all the detail I need for my slides...In the other hand, while I have to deal with the report, my part of slides, I still hav to watch out my other group mates as some of their slides r goin extremely boring…the best part was…we’re still making changes to our slide contents n scripts b4 we go on for our presentation!!!

Finally…it’s our turn…we hav to set up the projectors n speakers coz we’re using Meng’s laptop n the speakers are for the video clip. We took a bit of time fixing the projector. And then here comes the BIG moment…I, as the group leader introduced my group mates and Wai Chain, n Jia Meng started with all the game facts, reasearches, and game histories while another Jia Meng(we’ve got 2 Jia Meng(s) in our group XD) and I briefly introduced the heroes and gaming tactics.

Amazingly, when it was my turn to present, I wasn’t nervous as I thought I would…I guess it was the teaching experience that’s working :) Finally when hyperlinked the end slide to the clip which slightly surprised part of my classmates XD…and there goes the video. When the movie was goin on, I can see the amazement in my classmates so as the seniors outside the presentation room and some of students from other courses in another classroom. When the video ended there was a moment of total silence…and then there comes to loudest applause of the day!!! XD XD XD At that particular moment, I feel that every single effort was worth it :D

After the presentation session of the day was over, our English lecturer, Dr Roy insisted a photographing session with every students who did presentation that day. Later on the lecturer told us that she was totally impressed with our presentation and she’s getting interested with the game XD

I was dragged by Kilmasis to watch his performance at balai seni lukis…well, not particularly me actually…it was me, ling n eli…3 of us were there. Though this is the first time i’m watching kil’s performance so kinda dunno-wat’s-gonna-happen mood there. The performance was actually performed by a group of choir called “Canticle Singers” (hope my spelling was right) n kil is one of the members there. Though it’s jus kinda small theater, that place was half full…mayb it’s b’coz the perform time was at the middle of working hours…Surprisingly, b4 the performance started we were to sing the national anthem...this is kinda first time to me coz I tot that idea was jus only some say-no-do act of the government =_=||

The performance was excellent…it was a story of refugees from Vietnam trying to look for a new home. Though looking at the story intro outside the theater wasn’t so impressive…but when I watch the performance, I can feel the story…kinda touching…I truly enjoy it :D

Panda's Birthday

Today, its Panda’s birthday…Penguin, Polar and I were planning a surprise just for this day. Well…cutting off “wake up early in the morning” crap…coz I didn’t do so :P I waited for Panda and Penguin to reach Asia Jaya station while I’m doin homework at my faculty…not for long, class ended 5pm they reach there at 6.39pm…jus right enuf time for me to tackle one of my homework XD
After picking up the girls, I drive my way to Mid Valley (lao di fang :D) but actually, we’re jamming our way there…with these two girls enjoying the music in the car ^^
When we finally reached Mid Valley, and we let the birthday girl decide our meal and finally, Panda decides to eat at Kim Garry…again, the usual place for this small little famili members to celebrate birthday XD…then we waited Polar till 8pm and he turned up with Kok Keong which is a surprise to everyone XD . Until this point, Panda is still not aware of a surprise we’re planning for her. We chit chatted a while when we’re waiting for food and I found out that Panda is gonna go to study Chinese Culture at a private uni at Penang…I was surprise abt that news…this’ll mean we wont b able to meet as frequent as we used to…
After dinner, we decide to prepare our surprise…so we leave Panda to Polar and Penguin, Kok Keong and I went to buy cake and candles fro her surprise. My job was to buy the birthday cake but it was a very very tiring happy job ^^ coz I hav to carry the cake all my way to meet up with Kok Keong and Penguin…the best part is when I reach LG, they call n say they’re at 1st floor when I get to 1st floor, they tell me they’re at 2nd floor so I decided I wait them at the parking entrance. The candle buying wasn’t quite successful as they can find the appropriate size of candles but they managed to get some tiny ones. And Kien How joined our little surprise at the last minute…and it’s really last minute!!! The mall was closing that time!!!
We have no idea how long can Polar keep Panda unaware…so I drive as fast as our safety allowed as possible all the way to Panda’s house.
When we arrived at her house, we made our best speed to prepare the surprise. We lit candles around the playground opposite her house and then we set up the cake…when we’re almost done, I called Polar to drive her there immediately. When she finally came out from Polar’s car, she looks very touched of the scene full of candles(although some of them have already burnt off)…and I know, the rushing and planning was worth it J. We told her one candle gives her one wish and there are so many wishes there for her. She made her wish and blew the candles as we sing birthday songs in English, Chinese and Cantonese versions XD. Her family heard our very loud birthday song came out and joins the celebration.
Her family went back sleep a little while later and we stayed at the playground, chatting while waiting for the candles to burn off. It was a very pleasant and relaxing night~~~I personally enjoyed that so much ^^ when it almost mid nite, we took out the presents(A cup and an alarm clock) we’ve prepared for her and gave it to her. We waited for the alarm to sound at 11.55pm…yet another surprise for her…the alarm clock’s tune was happy birthday. After a short while of chatting, we decided to go home as my dad was very worry of me…before we left, she gave each of us a big, warm hug. I wished her good luck and drive my way home after sending Penguin and Kien How back to their homes safe and sound.
Well...here again, i wish San San a very happy birthday :D

Real BAD day... +.+'

Having a real bad day…in the high way, which ever lane I drove in stuck up and best yet to be come when I’m parking my car outside my uni this morning…I drove into a manhole!!! My car ended up with the front left tire in the manhole and I go running around asking the guard who I stupidly think that they’ll help. Luckily I met two of my frens who eventually got three more ppl to help me lift the car so that I can reverse it. +_+ now I just hope this bad luck will jus go off real soon. And cheeeeeers for friendship XD

The New Adventure Begins

This is the 2nd week since I started my university life...I can tell everybody, it's full of unknowns and excitements. This reminds me of the first day I step into Sri Sentosa XD. It’s the same u know…new things to learn, new ppl to meet, and also a whole new environment to adept to. Right now, I’m doing information system engineering…exactly what I always wanted. It is my dream to get myself up into space...but a dream is a dream…it’s a impossible dream for me…so I got an approach that is nearest to my dream…technology…I dump myself into technology especially computers which gives me a very big satisfaction…and with this I give myself another approach to my dream…sounds stubborn? Yep…that’s me XD I believe one can only reach his dreams if he is stubborn enough…and that’s how my journey goes on...with adventures coming one after another. And with every new adventure, I’m nearer to my dreams…I hope so XD.
